Return/Exchange Policy All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the customized nature of our products we do not offer any refunds or returns. However, if there is a defect, mistake or quality issue in the product shipped to you, we will consider replacing it at management discretion. An order maybe considered eligible for size exchange (if incorrect size is delivered) only if notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
